On 17/12/2010, at the headquarters of 215 Lach Tray Hai Phong, Vietnam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company South (VOSCO) has successfully organized GMS established Trading Company Services VOSCO (VTSC ), is a subsidiary of VOSCO.
Attending the meeting were representatives of the Party Committee, Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Executive Board, Union and some Chamber professional VOSCO and all the shareholders of VTSC.
Trade Joint Stock Company and Services VOSCO (VTSC) was established on the basis of 02 Branch VOSCO - Enterprise Service Dealer Paint and Oil Dealers Enterprise. VTSC is headquartered in the 15 Cu Chinh Lan, Hong Bang, Hai Phong with a charter capital of VND 15 billion, divided into 1,500,000 shares of which VOSCO holds shares equal to 51% of the charter capital , equivalent to 765,000 shares.
At the congress, Vu Huu Chinh, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board VOSCO said congratulations, announced its commitment to contribute capital and appoint representatives in VTSC capital. Congress undertook to vote 100% of the total number of shares with voting rights in the General Assembly adopted the Charter; business direction of the Company for 03 years from 2011 to 2013 and business plan in 2011; list of companies to audit the Financial Statements in 2011. Congress has conducted the election of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Executive Board for a term of I. Results as follows:
