Implementation of Decree No. 87/2007/ND-CP of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulation on the implementation of democracy in joint stock companies, limited liability company, on 18.01.2011, at the headquarters ofthe Lach Tray No. 215, Hai Phong, Vietnam ocean Shipping Joint stock company organized a Conference Delegate workers in 2011.
The conference assessed the performance Resolution of Workers in 2010 and set out the business plan and the measures implemented in 2011 and evaluate the implementation of the collective labor agreement, shall the rules and regulations of the company and other matters related to the rights and legitimate interests, legitimate workers. Also at the conference, the delegates were many speeches given measures to improve the efficiency of production and business activities of the company. Company leaders have directly answered the proposals and recommendations of the workers in a satisfactory manner.
